Fan Camp Messeareal

The Messeareal Innsbruck (exhibition hall area) will be transformed into a Fan Camp where fans from all over the world will be able to meet up and party together for three weeks during the EURO 2008.
The Fan Camp will enable those on a tight budget to stay in the heart of the city, to watch the matches in open air and live as they happen and to experience the diverse programme of events on offer.

Location

The centrally located Messeareal of the host city of Innsbruck-Tirol is the official Fan Camp for EURO 2008. In addition to providing affordable accommodation, fans will be able to watch the UEFA EURO 2008™ matches live on several large screens. The exhibition hall is the perfect place for fans to experience the event of the year first hand. It is about one kilometre away from the main railway station; the city centre, stadium and official Fan Zone in the Berginsel Arena are all within walking distance. And it is in close proximity to the hip party area, where countless cafés, bars and clubs under the railway arches are open until the early hours. Fan support facilities will ensure that the event is a positive experience for all football lovers and that EURO 2008 is an unforgettable experience for all.

Opening times

The Fan Camp will, of course, be open 24 hours a day. It will certainly be no problem to extend the football and partying spirit long into the night!
